Old people should be tested often for driving

Every day when I am out on the road, I see the craziest driving, and wonder where in the world are the police at. They sure are always there when I am going ten miles over the speed limit. I might be in a bit rush sometimes, but I sure know how to courteous to the rest of the drivers out there. Sometimes you will see an old person on the right lane of a three way lane come to a complete stop causing everyone else behind to react causing swerves, sudden stops, or even accidents. Why? All because he was about to miss his left turn into Wal-Mart, and if he/she would have missed the turn, Wal-Mart would dissapear. It's as if they almost don't understand that they could have just kept going, and turned around when possible. Aren't all old farts retired anyway? Don't they have all day to do whatever they please? How about when you are going to work in the morning, and sure enough, there's some jack ass causing some kind of traffic jam. Sure enough, when you finally get a look at the culprit, It is an old person. Why can't they wait for people to go to work in the morning before they get out on the road and get in the way of drivers. I have seen U-turns being done in the craziest ways cutting off all kinds of traffic, stops for no reason, taking off across on coming traffic, I have seen driving being done so bad that if I were a police officer, I would take those license away until these people were re-tested. It's funny how there is never a police officer around when you see these stunts being pulled off by these old people. I am definately not saying that young folk don't drive like this, but most of the time it is the old people with the daredevilish driving. I think that when we reach the age of sixty-five, that is when we should be tested, then every five years after that. I think it would be safer to start at sixty.
